Anyone from Baltimore know what this is? There are some sunken ruins just off of what looks like an old park in Baltimore Harbor. The park is near the Cherry Hill neighborhood right next to the spot where the 895 tunnel begins. There is a RO-RO (Roll-on/Roll-off) automobile shipping terminal nearby. The park is fenced off and it seems to be full of ruined structures, at the end of the peninsula there are some buildings half submerged in the shallow water.
